I felt very seen and in competent hands with Kevin. I went into the session having a very fixed thought pattern and belief around a deeply painful experience with a good friend. The session helped me to feel a visceral difference in my experience, having reframed that belief and having been able to let go of some of the pain underneath it. I'm deeply grateful for Kevin and wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
