RecommendedAwesome service! They kept me updated the entire time my car was being repaired and they even popped out my back fender which had nothing to do with the repair they were being paid to fix. Best service I have ever received involving my car.
I hit a deer in my 2017 focus ST and did about $8500 in damage to the front end. There were no corners cut during the repair, the car has 25k miles on it and looks as good as the day I bought it new, and they were some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever done business with. until about a month ago I had never been in a vehicle accident before. I didn't know what to do I didn't know how things worked and I was clueless. I took my car to Kevin Ball Auto Body and they have went above and beyond to help me and explain to me how things work and made everything extremely easy. I’ve gotta brag on Kevin Ball’s auto body for a minute. I have had to use them several times in the past and have always had the best experience. The lady’s in there are extremely sweet and helpful and my car was not only washed and waxed outside, but the inside is spotless. I will always use them and recommend them to everyone.
