Over booked and always running behind. Purchased inserts in October which didn't fit properly.It took three weeks to get an appointment. The doctor was running about 30 minutes behind again, took a two minute look and said they would send the inserts back for an 'adjustment'.It's been a month, I've called numerous times and no one returns my call. Go somewhere else and save your self the aggravation!

My mother is 92, and was injured twice. Her toes look like they were chewed by a Dog. A nail shop could have done better. I hate to see mom cry at 92. This was the second time. Rush job. Never again.

Dr Terry has done 2 surgeries on both my feet. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I had an issue with my right foot the night of surgery. It was a Friday night & I reluctantly texted him & he called me back immediately. He kept checking on me by phone & when he heard the concern in my voice he told me to come in the next day. His office was not open but he met me there anyway. The concern & compassion that he has for his patients is wonderful. My daughter was scanned for 2nd pair orthodontics last year (Oct. or Nov 2016).It's now March and we still haven't received them.I've called on numerous occasions. Always told someone will call be back, NEVER happened.In Dec. I was told they were resubmitted due to lab err.January was told two weeks, February was told they were waiting for insurance company.I called ins. comp. nothing was submitted. Beginning of March told 5-10.Called 25th was told waiting on ins. comp. called, AGAIN nothing sub
