This office has to be the worst doctors office I have ever walked into. My husband has this man as his doctor and anytime he calls with a health problem we always get the same answer " let me talk to Dr. Garner and call you back and never once have we ever gotten a phone call back. As a wife and a nurse I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and compassion that this office shows their patients. My grandmother has seen Dr. Garner for years now, and we have finally had enough and are switching physicians! If you are looking for a smug, pompous individual with a complete lack of compassion and zero bed-side manner, then this is the man for you! His rude staff, excessively long wait times, and inconsistency on filling prescriptions are considerable annoyances indeed, but what makes this man quite possibly the worst physician I've ever encountered is that he will see you or your loved one as no more than another name on... read more

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I was a new patient last week. I waited 2 hours for my appointment. The receptionist Monica was very rude. She was yelling at someone on a personal phone call while I waited for my papers to finally leave. I was referred to this physician by a family friend. When I told them of my experience they were shocked and we will both be looking for a new physician.
