Dr. Anderson is willingly transgressive of boundaries and professionalism. During my work with him he engaged in unethical behaviors such as inviting me to a multiple role relationship, and taking photos of me on his personal phone. If you are a woman, I recommend consulting elsewhere. He gets inappropriately close to his patients and does not provide a safe space for therapy –– he would send me long e-mails and one time even called me "gorgeous" while sending poetry. He charges $200 per session and doesn't take insurance. The address listed publicly is wrong, he actually works across town from his deceased mother's house. His office is in the basement, no joke. And it's musty smelling. He's very picky about taking in patients. You have to sign a contract on the first appointment stating that your first 5 sessions are just a trial and after then he'll choose whether or not he wants you. He's a very nice guy! Didn't get to have an appointment with him, because he doesn't take my insurance. But was very nice to talk to on the phone, and wanted to know what problems we had, and if he'd be the right fit to help us out!
