I was in a panic about dozens of bees coming into our home through a small opening and finding their way into two rooms. We left a voicemail for Dan and he called us back within minutes - he was even available to come out that next day (thank god!). He was so kind and professional explaining our options about a yellow jacket nest in our bedroom wall. Dan has helped us out a few times over the years with hornets and bees. Quick service for a reasonable price. We wouldn't use anyone else.
Dan took care of a nest within my living room wall in 2022 (I got to see it on the thermal imaging camera!), and a large external nest this week. He is very humane toward the extermination process which I appreciate. I ask a lot of questions in general and he was patient explaining the answers.
