Dr. James takes time with each patient and actually cares what happens to us. He is thorough, compassionate, and open to whatever you need!
Dr. James has been taking care of my spine since the early 1990s. He is worth my drive all the way from Dothan, Alabama. He is a caring and very skilled doctor and I appreciate him very much. Alexander City is very fortunate to have a Doctor who is trained in the upper cervical method he specializes in.
They rip you off with a prayer and a smile. You can not trust them on the insurance billing, they do not accept what your Medicare and part B pays so be prepared to pay for the whole thing. This is not explained to you up front. Never will go there again and will not recommend them to anyone. They have multiple payment systems for different people. Awful. Not to mention the school he went to was closed down for bad practices.
He has been a God send.
