I've rented through 5 or 6 other companies, and Kevco is by far the worst. We came in on a sublease, but eventually moved to another of their properties that had lower rent. We had to decide 6 months in advance if we would resign, which meant we viewed our new house 6 months ago. There was minimal damage, but when we moved in, there was a fist sized hole in the coat closet wall. After renting with Kevco for two years now, I am so excited to be done with them. They manage a fairly large amount of properties near CSU, which is what drew me to them originally as a student. Whenever there is an issue, Kevco's representatives are extremely unprofessional and unwilling to provide any assistance beyond the absolute bare minimum. The properties they manage, speaking from the two houses I've lived in through them and the houses of classmates, are dilapidated and they will refuse to clean them up unless you a... read more

They were unforgiving and cheap with every single thing. They are completely in it for the money. They will con you into paying so much that a land Lord should be held responsible for and refuse to own up to any responsibilities. Never ever rent from these evil humans.

Helped my boyfriend deep clean the house he rented from Kevco for 9-10 hours the day before he turned in the keys. We left that place SPOTLESS and checked off every single thing on the move-out checklist. LIke most of us, my boyfriend is tight on money and we wanted to make absolutely sure we were going to get the full deposit back.
