DO NOT RENT THROUGH KEVCO!!! We lived in a Kevco rental house last year and moved into a different Kevco rental house this year. We just got our security deposit from the last place and they basically screwed us wherever they could. We spent 2 days scrubbing our last place top to bottom then got charged $80 for cleaning after a Kevco representative told us the place looked great and we didn't need to clean anymore. Best of the best. When I was in college I rented from Kevco and never had an issue with them. They were always quick and responsive to my issues. Now I own an investment property and I have them manage it for me. They are just as quick at letting me know issues with my property. I can't recommend them more.

Rough at first but got better – My experience with Kevco was a little rough at first, but honestly everyone makes mistakes and you just can't expect perfection all the time. Since we have raised some issues to their attention they have become much more responsive and organized. I believe my former review was a little emotionally charged because we felt like we weren't getting the proper service we expected from a property management company.
