Just changed my 5 star review that was up for three years to a 2 star review. For some reason all the employees there seem like they hate their lives. The welcome is reluctant and forced and the energy gives “thanks for coming in now I have to work” vibes. There are no smiles anywhere in the vicinity and when the order is done they call it out without picking up their heads, no eye contact, no smile, no thank you, nothing at all! This place used to be good. They used to make smoothies/juices fresh without concentrated juices now everything is basically concentrated and nothing fresh and the smoothies/juices don't taste the same and their menu seems so limited now too. Customer service also went down hill. Once a great place and now not so much.
Keva has always been a favorite of mine! Service was quick and my drink was delicious as usual. I appreciate their OG menu, plus new fun options. I wish they had a location on the north side of town. FYI they don't take cash.
