We lived here for more than four years and had a really positive experience. The community is quiet and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. Any maintenance issues we had were handled quickly. The location is very convenient—close to grocery stores, metro station, parks/walking trails and major highways. We truly enjoyed living here and wouldn’t be leaving if we weren’t buying a house. I’d definitely recommend Keva Flats to anyone looking for a great place to live in Chester County.
