Our plumbing problem was taken care of within two hours of making the request. We continue to be extremely impressed with the maintenance staff. They are courteous, efficient and effective.
“Odor remediation” – Perfect subjective line item to rip off after move out. Keva Flats is a great place to live — but only if you never have to deal with their management. The design and quality of the apartments are good. However, the management was rigid, indifferent, and profit-focused to a fault. Tenants deserve better — empathy, fairness, and basic respect.
