This has been one of the best apartment living experiences.
The apartment has been excellent for us, since we made the decision to see them the entire staff helped us throughout the process and we have loved everything so far
This is a great property in a great location, the staff is amazing, Julie English was welcoming and helpful, she provided us will an awesome experience.
This place is really beautiful. We've been living here for almost a year. Our neighbors are wonderful and very high-quality people. There are two negative things, though. The first is that the elevator frequently breaks down, and it sometimes takes a few days to fix the problem. During this time, especially for elderly people, it's difficult to get to the market and take care of other needs (I live on the 5th floor). My first week here the AC didn’t work. Therefore, I had to leave my windows open all day since it was so hot in my apartment. Then, I was told that someone complained about my dog barking around the clock. I was a left a voicemail where they insisted on me getting a pet sitter to come check on my dog. I emailed the office stating how she doesn’t bark around the clock it’s only during the day when I’m not home & I have the windows open since the AC wasn’t working.
