Great place to live. Maintenance is very quick to respond and very clean they always fixes whatever the problem is first time. Very happy at this place. Zeke and jeff are great and very Knowledgeable.
Great place to live! Beautiful apartments and amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse, conference room, etc), pet-friendly, always clean, and friendly/professional/responsive staff from day one (we love Julie, Kate, Jeff and Zeke). Very happy with my experience at Keva over the last year and a half!
UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 4/11/24 I have been a Keva Flats resident for just over 3 1/4 years - which is an adequate time sampling to determine consistency in performance. I really enjoy living here. No complaints. My floor plan is Madox, and the den is a cost-effective way to add an home office to the floorplan. It doesn’t cost as much as a bedroom but it’s a pretty big home office! My previous apartment nearby was not a good experience so it’s incredibly nice to live somewhere clean, modern, and comfortable. I’ve attached some pictures I like that I’ve taken around here.
This has been one of the best apartment living experiences.
