I have been living in Keva for little over 3 year, and find it be wonderful place to live. It as always there are pros and cons. So if you are looking to rent here is the run down: of good and bad The GOOD: 1. It is extremely convenient location, I find that it is much easier to get to all stores and restaurants than some of the nearby apartments 2. Keva Flats is a wonderful place to live. The management and staff are very helpful and supportive. The maintenance crew is great. All in all, a “10”!
Wonderful place to live! I lived here three years ago and had to relocated. When I learned I was returning I’d didn’t even consider anywhere else but Keva! Julie took the time to show me various units without an appointment then Kate locked me in within 24 hours! Love all the amenities, especially the Simulator! I hosted a family/friends Xmas party upstairs and all my guests were so impressed with everything!
