Dr Patel took plenty of time and explained everything to me. It was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t read him high enough. If you have any concerns, he’s your man.

Dr. K. Patel was/is wonderful. He’s caring and patient taking the time to answer all questions with complete explanations. Didn’t feel rushed at all! He is the greatest GI doc I’ve ever known and I’ve been a nurse for 40 years

From my very first phone call to them until I left the office. I could not have been happier.Complete professional professionalism at every level.Dr Patel and his staff listened to my concerns, explained everything to me appropriately so that I could understand what my plan of treatment would be going forward.I would highly recommend them.
Dr Patel cleared up so confusion for me as to why his office scheduled me for a follow up. Seems it all actually came from a request from my VA provider. I did tell him about a concern I had & he scheduled me for an endoscopy early next month to find out what's happening. Dr Patel is very good at explaining all to me & he's very respectful treated me with dignity. His front desk personnel and the nurse who checked me in all were warm, welcoming, courteous, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Dr. Ketul Patel is very nice! I hope he will get my gut health back in order! He seems very caring, something you don’t see much these days! I really like him & his nurse, Mary!
I felt he was interested in me. I did not feel rushed. He was very knowledgable and compassionate. Excellent bed-side manner.
Dr Patel is easy to talk to, answers your questions and you don’t feel like you are being rushed out. You walk out with understanding of plan for future treatment.
Dr. Patel and his staff are definitely top shelf! They don't rush me through like they are herding cattle. I am a human being and they treat me respectfully and professionally.
