Dr. Patel pays attention to his patients and their symptoms. He has done a great job of helping me manage my digestion.
Patel listened, asked questions, eliminated potential diagnoses, and developed a preliminary treatment plan which included medication in order for a CT scan.
I visited Dr. Patel as a follow up to recent MRI of my abdomen - liver. He demonstrated strong knowledge of liver cysts and shared his experiential perspective on my general health while asking probing questions to ensure I was comfortable and heard. I have been a patient of other Borland Grover clinics in Jacksonville and continue to be pleased by the doin this fabulous practice group! Thank you for your care!!

After completing my procedure Dr. Patel advised me prior to even receiving the results that from viewing the mass in my pancreas, he determined that is was cancer. He also indicated that out of the 2 types of cancer, the one I had was the worst and that I needed chemotherapy before anything else could be done. The results of the biopsy came back negative. These results were passed on to my primary care physician so he did not have to take accountability for saying something so awful to me that was 100% inaccurate. Very thank... read more
