I would have to say that Kettman did a great job. Michael and his team were very professional. There was a big issue with the air handler unit not fitting in the crawl space. They could have just left for the day, but they let me make some calls. Soon enough I had someone here who could cut a hole in my garage floor allowing them enough clearance to install the part. Installed furnace in a different area then agreed upon without even a phone call then demanded full price after. You been warned. Bad business

Get a detailed bill from this company if you use them they will over charge you if they can. I had work done on my radiators i got a boiler heating system in the house. But they replaced all valves on all of them i went to menards and bought 6 valves to save some money that was pointless they charged me for the valves I bought at menards. I paid like 30$ ea at menards and kit man charged me like $150.00 ea for same valves I bought. Forever grateful for Sam and Michael! Sam is always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Michael is professional, does great work and even acknowledges my pup with a treat!
