We purchased a new Kettler Forlines home and have had nothing but problems. We paid a premium for our stick built home and the build quality is poor at best, our neighbors would make the same claim. The subs cut many corners and Tom Kettler was familiar with the issues but did nothing. Avoid at all costs. It’s become very expensive to fix the problems years down the road.
The house ketler forline built for us had problems throughout. Water coming through the floor in the basement. Cut corners and cheap shortcuts. Cheapest appliances they could find and half of them broke right after the warrenty was expired
