I used this lawyer for my divorce case with children over 5 years ago. My now ex filed first and she said we should file since I hadn't received the paperwork yet. That is not how it goes. After the circus that ensued and then being called by the judges secretary to convey to me that my paperwork needed to be refiled because it was not acceptable, and being out the retainer fee, I had let her go and had to go down to the courthouse and refile all the paperwork myself with the help of the staff working in the law library.
