Roger was amazing to work with! He was very responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly. He drove the whole way to Ladson (where we live) from Myrtle Beach (where he’s located) to help us. He also charged the most cost affective rate which we appreciated because times are hard for everyone right now. I would recommend Roger to anyone looking to get a mold inspection done. He makes sure you understand the process. He truly is amazing at his job and is such a kind hearted person 🙏🏽

Contacted Roger on Monday to schedule an inspection of a home we were purchasing. He responded immediately, scheduled with me on Tuesday and had it completed Wednesday! Report was very thorough and detailed. Noted many deficiencies that we had not noticed. Thank you!

Mr Ketterman was able to come out quickly and did a very thorough inspection on my new house at a fair price. I will definitely use him again if I need an inspection!
