Roger was amazing to work with! He was very responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly. He drove the whole way to Ladson (where we live) from Myrtle Beach (where he’s located) to help us. He also charged the most cost affective rate which we appreciated because times are hard for everyone right now. I would recommend Roger to anyone looking to get a mold inspection done. He makes sure you understand the process. He truly is amazing at his job and is such a kind hearted person 🙏🏽

Roger did an exceptional job! Roger doesn't just care about your home he cares about you as a person. With the years of experience under his belt Roger was able to make clear observations about the condition of my home during his inspection, and even present reasonable solutions. Roger was very thorough and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend working with Roger when doing any home inspection.

Roger was so kind and very efficient! He drove to Summerville from Myrtle Beach and he was right on time! Prices are great and it was a pleasure to work with him! He also had a drone to take pictures of the roof which was very cool. I would definitely recommend Roger Ketterman for home inspections!!
