On my first visit I was forgotten in a room for an hour. I have been subject to prescriptions given to different providers/DME without my knowledge, when you call this office they never have any idea who did or didn't complete anything. No consideration for the patient. I have observed many a patient, elderly who struggle to get to this ofc, which is located far away for a certain sect of people.
