Had a long wait time but once back there there there they rook very good care of me they did test that needed to be done got me better then what I was I am very thank full they took time and help me

They are only there to get paid. When I lost my son they failed to tell me that they did not have a nicu. And I am still hurt after 3 years. They don’t treat their patients right.
I absolutely would not recommend this organization. My 87 year old mother with dementia was recently taken to the Emergency Department at KMC when she had an episode of unresponsiveness at her assisted living facility. She was taken with her glasses, dentures and hearing aids. The hearing aids were lost while she was at the hospital. I have gone through the correct “procedure” to report the loss, get a case number, talk with patient relations and security. Patient relations is a joke. Had surgery here today and I wanna say that the staff/doctors here are amazing!
They killed my Dad with their lack of logical thinking. To them they categorize you by the organ they need to fix and look no further into other risks that could kill you because it isn't their department. if you have at risk individuals maybe you need to change your policies and procedures to discussing amongst departments a patients care plan.
