The nurses and doctors laughed at me. I've been seeking help but they won't do anything. Waste of time.
Its very sad that there is no CARE in thier healthcare, when trying to talk to the doctors and nurses they will not listen they automatically categorize me before they hear my concerns, they have no idea the fear people have coming in to not even be heard for example I could of told the doctor im having chest pain dizziness, shortness of breath, rash, fever and im bleeding and that im really anxious about all of my symptoms, thats all they hear is anxious, its in my head im having a panic attack and ill be fine..I want to sa... read more
This whole process was frustrating. *Keep in mind I'm on a time table because I'm on a narcotic that will eventually wear off.* We scheduled an appointment for a xray procedure a week ago. Then, the DAY before, a lab appointment was scheduled for me with no call or context so I had to call the hospital and find out what was going on. That was an appt for a UPT. Usually I never leave reviews, but this time I have to. Staff, nurses, the guy who did my CT , the Dr. everybody was more than excellent! Thank you so much.
Just know I will be contacting the state of Ohio Attorney Generals office, as well as the Ohio department of health on these incompetent Drs and Nurses. I would be terrified to send another family member to this Emergency department especially during overnight hours. Racist group, who does not believe minorities should get the same care. I literally had a head nurse inform me that I expected too much wanting my daughter to receive a thorough emergency medical exam.
