Not a long wait. Good for small issues.
I had a severe sinus infection and couldn't get in to my Dr as it was the weekend. I googled this establishment and it said they were open and there was an approximate wait time of eleven minutes, so we drove the thirteen miles and arrived at 12:30pm. only to find a sign at the reception window saying "we are out for lunch until 2:00pm. Please sign the register and have a seat". Needless to say, we went elsewhere. A notice on their website that they close from 12-2pm. Would have solved this issue and avoided our frustration.
Never answer their phone even at 9:10 am been trying call since they have opened at 8 am they still have their voicemail set to they are closed 2 diff times messed up with my test results a year apart.
I would strongly suggest to not use this facility if you are getting a sports physical. They do not do physicals. I took my son to have his completed today, as I signed in and waited at the window (closed) of the receptionist desk, the receptionist (than opened window) told us to sign in and please have a seat and they would be with me in a moment (closed the window again).
