Staff except the Dr was great I went for fainting and being light headed… granted I have a UTI but that was not new news and I’m already on antibiotics…
Went to the Troy ER for husband to be seen and the blonde receptionist was extremely rude. We arrived at 6:45pm and we haven't even been back to see the doctor yet. I don't think we will be back after this visit.
Great experience as in the past! Brought straight back and had all my test results within a hour that were sent to my phone. Wonderful, compassionate staff and physician. Everything was explained well and a very beautiful, clean facility! Well done Kettering Troy ED. I would give a 10 if possible!
