I came in yesterday for an MRI and the lady at the front desk…I believe her name was April told me I was in the wrong location and the other location had told me I needed to reschedule rather than make me reschedule April went out of her way to get me seen and Charity was able to do my MRI without me having to miss anymore work on a different day, they both went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience
EVERYONE, with the exception of Connie did an exceptional job. I thank you for taking care of me and my pain management. You were so kind and professional and were there for me! Connie on the other hand, filled my pain management prescription 2 hours and 15 minutes after I arrived. This is unacceptable. I told my nurse Jennifer (AWESOME) that I may as well walk to the emergency room to get my pain medications. I would like to know a reason why she took so long?
