Unfortunately, my experiences at this facility have consistently been disappointing, but tonight’s visit was by far the worst. I have been seen here several times myself and have repeatedly felt dismissed. Despite those experiences, I brought my son in tonight because I was genuinely concerned he could have appendicitis. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, the physician immediately dismissed them without meaningful discussion or evaluation. People too lazy during check-in wasted an hour waiting to get Labs drawn to be told that LabCorp inside of the Kettering Hospital is not part of Kettering and they cannot look up orders on my chart

I came in yesterday for an MRI and the lady at the front desk…I believe her name was April told me I was in the wrong location and the other location had told me I needed to reschedule rather than make me reschedule April went out of her way to get me seen and Charity was able to do my MRI without me having to miss anymore work on a different day, they both went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience
