Kettering Health network is a joke. My partner was in the ER 4 times in 5 days due to excruciating pain leaving him unable to move - 3 of those visits were to Kettering, twice in Springfield and once in Xenia. My partner was denied pain meds for the entirety of his last visit, and sent home in even more pain than he arrived in. He begged not to be sent home on two separate visits because we were just going to have to come right back “if the pain gets worse” despite the pain BEING worse already. This place is dirty and waited two hours to be seen
If you have a child, and it’s not completely life or death, just save your time and copay and go to a Children’s ER. You’ll receive better diagnosis, documentation, and treatment from the NPs and Doctors at Children’s than you will here.
Fast and super nice
Do not waste your time going to this bandaid station. The staff are incredibly rude, they can't answer simple questions, and they send you out the door saying oh it's just a headache. If you value your health go to a better hospital.
