Came in tonight after a bad fall at work due to stress. There was a two hour wait to be seen, but the staff did their best to keep folks moving. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind. Dr. Asad has a great bedside manner, and the tech Michelle / nurse Sunny kept the mood light. I didn't catch the name of the male nurse who initially got me situated, but he was extremely calming. So much more accommodating and caring as well as qualified staffing that work with a sense of urgency to enable patients diagnosis as well as comfortably and absolutely a caring staff NOT like regional where they are just there for thier paycheck.

On December 27th I went to this emergency room. The worst experience I have ever had was going to this place looking for help for bleeding I was having while pregnant. The doctor only kept repeating that I was very early in my pregnancy. They did tests that I never saw and the one who did the ultrasound treated me in a very cold way and didn't even answer any of my questions. I was having an allergic reaction, once the medication for it was approved it took 20 minutes for them to give it to me. It was my first time having an iv so I teared up a bit, the nurse then got in my face and started yelling at me for crying. They also would not believe I was on my period until I had to take pregnancy test and then brought them back a red cup. Even if your throat closes up from an allergic reaction, they will not care.
