Shannon in the ER is rude. She likes to yell at people and tell security you yelled at her. She doesn't properly fill out patient symptoms either. I told her to get me the charge nurse and she refused. This has got to be the trashiest of Kettering Hospitals.
I absolutely love the Compassionate Care that I receive at Kettering Health. Between my husband andI we have visited the ER four times in the past few years and each time the wait was short which is somewhat important but most importantly we were greeted with a knowledgeable, compassionate, concerned, Professional Care team. Ultrasound department is top shelf. Would highly recommend. The lady that gave me my Ultrasound this morning at 9 a.m. was very professional, prompt, and friendly. Would highly recommend.
