I went in for chronic insomnia. The doctor refused to shake my hand, was condescending, rude and made me feel like a misbehaving child. I canceled my next appointment and won't be returning. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.
I am sorry that a previous reviewer said such harsh things to say during the time that Kettering's entire system had been hacked and shut down. I can appreciate the struggle trying to get an appointment--as I worked on one for my husband--but this situation was an anomaly. I was diagnosed with serious apnea years ago and have been returning to the doctors here ever since. They are kind, patient, and continually looking for changes in my health status and ways to help.
