ID GIVE A O if I could after READING some other complaints, yes the front receptionists of Ross Medical are just rude. The man is nice, but Heather; the receptionist is so rude, nasty, I'm trying to ge t my mom transferred to Tri-,Health, I do like Heather schappacher CCNP,, she does a good job with my mom but receptionists represent your organization, and when they are rude and down right nasty, it makes you leave. Doctor is wonderful and caring. Place is clean. They take their time with me. I’m guessing the long wait is because of the extra time the doctors spend with their patients. I’m okay with that if that means they take their time with me too
I have been seeing Dr.Gleason since 2020 and she has been amazing. I have sent several friends to her. And they love her to. The whole staff is wonderful,friendly and very nice. HRP
