Whoever is answering the phones shows zero compassion, very short and pretty rude when it comes to dealing with scared mothers who are concerned for their child. I thought as nurses and doctors it was their job to care for the patients and make sure they are helping you find a solution to your issues. One star because it forces me to choose one. Otherwise zero! My daughter brought her daughter, my granddaughter in for possible dehydration and flu. They did nothing and were going to give her Tylenol to see if she could keep it down and I asked about nausea medicine since the Dr had mentioned that.
