This has to be the worst hospital ever we have waited for 4 and a half hours for my son to be seen for smashing his finger all they have done is an xray. He had a piece of paper towel stuck to where he smashed his finger at instead of cleaning it off they just put another bandage over top of it

There is a RN named Karen who works at the Preble Er, she has been hands down the best nurse I have ever received care from. She is calming, gentle and kind. You don’t even feel her iv placement and she thoroughly explains each med she administers and it’s use. She is a rockstar.

Had an okay experience until the doctor came in towards the end of the visit. My son had fell at the park and hit his mouth on the playground. His mouth was pretty bloody before he arrived to ER but eventually slowed. The nurse was wonderful, but the doctor on this shift was awful. He came in and asked if he is feeling better since the motrin, which my son refused to take. So I told the nurse I’d give him some at home and relayed the information to the doctor.
