I've been going here for many years. I seen them move to where they are now. Nice beautiful building. Staff is wonderful. I see Michelle, I couldn't ask for a better health care.
Been at this practice since 2006 - long before they were acquired by Kettering. The staff are friendly and helpful. We love Michele, our PCP. She cares for her patients and is knowledgeable with decades of experience in primary care.
Had an appintment scheduled then i get a message that i needed to change my appointment to a different type of appointment. Then they send a letter to me about me cancelling my appointment. They were the reason it was cancelled. I didn't have a problem with my NP Emily J Neal but now i dont feel as i can trust her or kettering health for that matter. How some of these people got into these positions in healthcare one will never know.
