Dr. Deal (Dusty) was personable and very knowledgeable. I was so appreciative that he took the time to explain everything and have a conversation with me.
Mom came in with a rash but the drug mart pharmacy never received it. Now she is going to MVHS tomorrow plus the dr didn’t give a hoot about it was her daughters 50th birthday party that they had to postpone no sorry but like who gives a care. This is the second this has happened. Update my Mom went to MVHS and the doctors said she can go out the dr here at Kettering was very rude and scared my Mom so please take more classes in respect your patients
I never write reviews but both receptionists who I have encountered at this location have been incredibly rude every time my family goes. I called to ask a simple question about mychart and she seemed baffled that she had to do her job and answer my question
Next time I’ll go somewhere else. I went there because I had an open sore and was worried about it getting infected and not healing because I’m pre diabetic. It was also painful and rubbing up against my clothes. The doctor never once examined it, just prescribed me antibiotics and sent me on my way,. I asked him if I could use these specific dressing to cover it up. He said yes but I’m thinking that is the wrong information because they are sticky and seem like it would stick to the wound.
