Next time I’ll go somewhere else. I went there because I had an open sore and was worried about it getting infected and not healing because I’m pre diabetic. It was also painful and rubbing up against my clothes. The doctor never once examined it, just prescribed me antibiotics and sent me on my way,. I asked him if I could use these specific dressing to cover it up. He said yes but I’m thinking that is the wrong information because they are sticky and seem like it would stick to the wound.
Receptionist was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I don't think I've ever actually been turned away for medical care in my entire life. Maybe you could consider finding someone who doesn't clearly hate their job and their life to be in charge of interacting with patients.
I love my doctor that’s in this same building but the last 4 times I have stopped by on demand the front desk lady is RUDE! It’s not even been the same one. I work at a doctors office… I have worked at a few and this would not be ok. My husband took my child there today for a follow up xray and was greeted with rudeness. I called to get a managers number but good luck getting through to anyone. I’d go to carefirst before I went to this location.
Came here for an alergic reaction to flea bites hoping to get some kind of steroid shot to help with my bodys reaction. My whole right ankle and finger is swollen, and several spots on my arm (ankle is worst) The young doctor wasnt rude, but didnt seem like he care. Gave me a perscription for a topical cream and some anti-biotic ointment. Maybe the cream will work miracles, if so ill come back and change my review.
The front desk lady harassed me about my balance with Kettering from a hospital stay that we are making payments on. She demanded that I make a payment right then and there before I be seen. I asked her to bill it (as we are already on a payment plan) and she scoffed and said looks like it was billed three months ago and you still owe it. I will not be back at this location.
