Used the On-Demand Care option today at this location for the first time. I was in the building for about an hour for a sick visit. To walk in w/o an appt. on a Monday evening and be seen id say thats not too bad. Overall very easy process. The staff/np were very kind and helpful.
Update (1/27/25): I received a voicemail from the Office Manager the day after I posted my review below. She said that the codes have been updated and resubmitted and that it would likely take several weeks for the insurance company to approve the claim. However, she requested that Labcorp suspend my account so that it doesn't show as being late on my account. Unfortunately, I received a late bill over the weekend and when I called today, they stated no one has contacted them since the last time I contacted them (20 days ago... read more
