I would leave 0 stars if I could… I went to this location after work for a UTI and the desk ladies are miserable and trash. I couldn’t find my ID in my bad and I said I’d be back with it and I literally found it in my car moments later and when I came back inside I could hear them all together grouped up talking bad about me because I couldn’t find it. Fast and professional care.
I found the facility clean, the ancillary support staff and MA to be proficient. I found the Pysician Assistant to be subpar at best. Why are urgent cares not staffed with a doctors vested in the patient. I felt unheard, unvalidated regarding my health history and proper medication to treat symptoms. I WILL NOT RETURN
This place is awesome the staff listen & care about your problems.
