They ordered DoorDash for me. Very accommodating. Comfy bed. However, curtains are not black out. Grace and Kathy were very nice and professional!
I had an appointment at 3:45. I was going to be 5-10 minutes late due to work. That’s not their fault. But the appointment had to be rescheduled… because of 5-10 minutes. Again, I get that it’s my job to be on time. I typically am, it just blows my mind that they can make you wait as long as it takes if they are running behind without any repercussions… You just have to deal with it. The staff is always friendly, and explains exactly what is going on. I did however, feel like I was not provided with enough blankets. When I made the staff aware they told me that they have a laundry service and are only provided with so many, but that they could turn the air down :(
