By far the worst ER I’ve ever been to. We sat in the waiting room two hours and then when we were taken back we sat another hour and then left because we hadn’t even had a nurse come in. Never in my life have I seen such awful care. I understand if you’re short staffed, but none of the staff even looked like they were trying to get to people quickly. I refuse to pay so much money to a place that doesn’t understand what the word emergency room means.

DO NOT COME HERE if you are experiencing any type of pain u will be denied help even when u have past charts , documents and imaging to support I had to beg for medication and was only giving Valium for pain ( it's not for pain ) I left crying an now have to find a different emergency room to help me they just want your insurance money and do not care about the patients needs my blood pressure was 177/135 when I came in because of the pain an was still denied proper medicine to help me

Doctor Ciara is TERRIBLE!!! Don’t have a clue how she even got license. Wouldn’t recommend anyone be seen by her at all. She’s unprofessional very rude and not educated!

Do not waste your time going here! My mother was instructed by her physician to go to an ER immediately to be FULLY evaluated and examined after she informed them she had passed out and hit her head, leaving her chin, under-chin, and part of her face black and blue from bruising. She does have several preexisting conditions and takes medications at this time, which is also why she was told to go to the ER and not wait for a doc appointment.
