MyChart not working. Dr. Does not allow the pharmacy to call for renewal of Rx that must be renewed monthly. And, Drs office will not take calls for prescriptions by patient. Maybe ER but that is exposure. Quality of service has taken a bad turn about 6 months ago. Hoping Premier is better. Sinking ship in my opinion.
RecommendedMy husband passed on January 24th 2020. Dr Ali in the intensive care was amazing and so caring. Not just for my husband but for the rest of the family. I know he must be overwhelmed with what’s happening right now. I pray for him in these uncertain times.
I got horrible treatment from most nurses. I was in there a week and never got a bed changed or even told where a Freaking shower was until the day I was leaving. Miami Valley all the way for me !
Preregistered for tests and was told it would cost me around $150.00. Had to reschedule and was told it would cost me $43.00. Had the tests and received a bill for $3,699.00!!! Contacted Billing and was told something was entered wrong and my balance was ZERO. Today I get 2 bills totaling $349.00. HUGE headache.

While it is the same distance from my house as Southview, Sycamore (the building) seems more up to date. I have been treated at both ER's however, and have no complaints about either.

i was just a patient at tge hospital from 10-13-19 to 10-15-19. my nurses were amazing! it was hard on me being there and not home with my kids. my nurse Sami was very no top her game and made the stay easy.
