Will call you two days before your appointment to cancel, after waiting for months. Doesn’t matter if you’re needing medication or have medical issues.
The doctors are not the problem. The staff is the problem. I was told I wasn't working with them when I tried to explain that insurance was changing stuff and it was going to effect me getting my migraine medicine. So there wasn't really a point to the appointment if I had to schedule weeks out. (She then thought scheduling me 2 weeks away was helpful, again) But also I explained that I kept trying to get appointments and the person was rude and not very helpful.
