The Drs I have seen are wonderful. There is one person there that has a bad attitude and is hard to get along with and communicate with. Every encounter with her is difficult. She is rude, argumentative and unreasonable. I have seen other comments about her as well. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful, understanding etc. Dr Hughes is great. Unfortunately, she has forced me to look for other medical care.
Staff must be severely underpaid otherwise I don’t see what the bad attitude is about just do your job and go home. 0 out 10
Love it here. My doctor is the best. She listens and it there anytime you need her.
I have a been a patient of Dr. Mason-Zied and followed her when she switched practices. While I love her a practitioner, I have been less than pleased with some of the clinical staff, specially Bethany. On two occasions in the last month, Bethany has been very rude and unhelpful over the phone and through MyChart messages.
