I love this medical practice and hospital! I was truly always taken care of by the doctors and nurses at this location! I will always recommend this place!
This people are a God sent. My. Primary care doctor is amazing. She gave me a plan and I've been sticking to it the best I can and I've lost so much weight. When I first came to her I could hardly walk. I was diagnosed with degenerated disk disease. She has helped me so much. I thank God for her. She goes above and beyond. She takes the time to listen to you. I'm glad to have them as my primary care.
Billing with Kettering/Cigna is atrocious! The facility didn't place the coding under an MD or primary facility while seeing a PA. So we have been working this issue since Aug now into December. CIGNA will not adjust and we now have to appeal for a 30 Co pay when the PA is under this umbrella. Please watch your billing if you have a CIGNA advantage plan and CIGNA customer service and facility should be working this issue vs a client filing an appeal. Frustrated and angry.
