I have and horrible experience at a family practice and finding this place has made me so happy. All my questions was answered we are doing everything I need
I see all the bad reviews and thought id make a review of my own :) This is the best office ive found, the staff is super duper nice and Deshay is a wonderful Doctor who takes all of your concerns seriously and makes sure you walk out of the office knowing that your concerns were listened to and you have the correct resources that help such as medication, testing, referrals, etc. ♡ shes my absolutely favorite provider ive ever had. Scheduled a first appointment here - wait 4 weeks and missed the first appointment. It was an honest mistake - but there were also zero appointment reminders. We called immediately, but because we missed the first appointment we are now "dismissed from the practice" and cannot use this facility. I guess this is probably a dodged bullet since it was filthy in there anyway. Avoid at all costs.
Dude 30+ minutes on hold to schedule an appointment is NOT ACCEPTABLE And 15 minutes of that I was 'next to be handled'how the heck is that even possible? Joke of an office with terrible desk staff
These people clearly DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS The office literally will not pickup thr phone from 12pm to 1pm. GUESS WHAT SOME PEOPLE WORK AND CAN ONLY CALL AT THAT TIME!
