This place is a comedy of unprofessional behavior. The girl at the desk, Nita maybe, sometimes she is super nice, another day she is yelling at you for her own mistake. The girl that draws blood talks about you (not nicely) to her associate right in front of you. Caretta ignores MyChart messages that require her to actually work. Dr. Wheeler is a joke, lies to you, puts fake visits in your chart, and creatively dismisses patients he doesn't want. Dr. Nanda? feels the need to brag about his own God complex to patients. I see all the bad reviews and thought id make a review of my own :) This is the best office ive found, the staff is super duper nice and Deshay is a wonderful Doctor who takes all of your concerns seriously and makes sure you walk out of the office knowing that your concerns were listened to and you have the correct resources that help such as medication, testing, referrals, etc. ♡ shes my absolutely favorite provider ive ever had.
