I love my sister's doctor. My sister had a doctor's appointment.The staff is very nice and very professional.
This place is terrible ever since my old GP left. He was great! LGBT friendly and knew how to separate between religion and medicine (I have religious trauma so this matters to me). The nurse that worked with me every time I checked in, also great! She literally saved my life. Now she's the only remaining reason I come here. My Primary Care Physician leaves this practice, so they replace him. Before I can continue regular medical care and checkups, I'm REQUIRED to come in for an "establishing care" appointment with the replacement physician. Office charges $200 to continue coming to the same office I've been coming to all along... This feels shady at best, but possibly unethical.
Doctors and nursing staff are great but front office can be a nightmare to deal with .
I love Dr Kanoza but the scheduling is horrendous. They can't get you in for a SICK VISIT for 3 or 4 days. They tell you to go to an on-demand center or urgent care which is more expensive. A regular appointment has to be scheduled 2-3 months in advance. If you get a notice through MyChart about an earlier appointment opening, don't reschedule to the earlier date! They'll call the day before the appointment, say there was a mistake with MyChart and it wasn't actually an open time. Then they'll force you to reschedule. I love... read more
