I followed my provider to this location, 25 minutes away and through a construction zone less than a mile from the clinic. I arrived and politely waited to be checked in for my appointment, was checked in, sat and waited 10 minutes, then was called back up and said that the provider's staff said I arrived 2 minutes beyond the grace period and now would need to rescheduled. My new primary care doctor is part of this group. Very clean facility and efficient staff. Looking forward to a long relationship with my new doctor.
So much I can say about this practice but I simply say Deshay is a awesome person & doctor. She always listen to everything i say, good or bad. She ask about how's the family & that means alot. One particular appointment i had a couple of years ago, my blood pressure was high which it always was but this day was different & Deshay & Elizabeth knew, I couldn't leave until she spoke to my son & husband & told them I needed to go to the hospital ASAP, I did & I was having a heart attack. They saved my life & I love them forever... read more
