First visit was very nice whole staff was friendly and very helpful.
The assistant of my doctor ( Tania) called me to reschedule my appointment with my nurse practitioner, she treated me in a very unrespectful way and she hanged up the phone in my face when I was trying to reschedule my appointments in a time that suits my other appointment, and when I called her again I asked her why she hanged up the phone she was rude and answered me that this is the clinic policy to hang up the phones when they are busy ….
