This was great when you could actually schedule a time to come in. Now that it is just walk in be prepared to wait an hour to an hour and a half! I wont be back til this is changed!
Medical providers are great, very thorough and seem to truly care. The reception staff always have poor attitudes. I don’t think they realize it’s okay to be nice 😳😕 they have me considering a different office because of the poor attitudes.
Love my provider and the medical assistants. The reception staff however, have poor attitudes and terrible customer service.
I attended my new patient appointment with Faith C. and her PA student. I couldn’t be more happy with the way I was treated during my appointment. The providers listened to all of my concerns, offered treatment, and alternatives to those treatments. They actually cared about what I wanted and that is hard to come by in todays world of medicine. Everyone from the receptionist to the women that checked me out was amazing. I am so thankful to have found this practice. Thank you for caring!
I finally found a doctors office that listens and doesn’t just hand out random quick fix medications. I couldn’t recommend this office more!
