The doctors are nice but the staff can never answer their phones. I haven't gotten any test results, they told me they would reach out but its been more than two weeks since I got my blood drawn.

This was great when you could actually schedule a time to come in. Now that it is just walk in be prepared to wait an hour to an hour and a half! I wont be back til this is changed!
Medical providers are great, very thorough and seem to truly care. The reception staff always have poor attitudes. I don’t think they realize it’s okay to be nice 😳😕 they have me considering a different office because of the poor attitudes.
Love my provider and the medical assistants. The reception staff however, have poor attitudes and terrible customer service.
