Edit to my original review. First and foremost. The rude receptionist was corrected and i havent had any issues since. (Thankfully. Its awful calling your doctors office and getting someone with an attitude immediately) Second. I got dr.bussey and i will forever follow this doctor. He has gotten my panic disorder under control. I have been a patient of Dr. Sarah Hussain for 20 years ,I have nothing but respect for her ,she is the most professional ,caring Dr. I have ever experienced in my life, she has always taking the time to listen to my needs no matter what the situation was. She has a heart that shows she's there for you and not just to see how many patients she can get in a day. Her knowledge is remarkable. Lathanikone Louprasong made me feel judged and uncomfortable during my first and only visit. He made it very clear that he’s unfamiliar with standard medications and their multiple uses/abilities to treat different areas of the mind and body. He seems to believe that the mind is separate from the body when it comes to overall health. He is not comfortable dealing with anything other than “simple anxiety and depression”. Wasn't informed that my doctor Patrick Haynes left the office. Tried to ask for medication refills via MyChart as I usually do and get told he left the office. Called the office and got somebody with a raunchy attitude that wanted to keep throwing in my face that one of my medications is a narcotic (Ativan for severe panic attacks due to other health conditions 1mg once a day) The office is open until 430pm but they can't get me in any later than 3pm (my husband works until 330 we are down to one vehicle) Disappointed in the... read more
