Wasn't informed that my doctor Patrick Haynes left the office. Tried to ask for medication refills via MyChart as I usually do and get told he left the office. Called the office and got somebody with a raunchy attitude that wanted to keep throwing in my face that one of my medications is a narcotic (Ativan for severe panic attacks due to other health conditions 1mg once a day) The office is open until 430pm but they can't get me in any later than 3pm (my husband works until 330 we are down to one vehicle) Disappointed in the... read more
Very friendly staff, great care.
I’ve had pretty good experiences with this practice! Kenny, was great & my newer primary care physician Megan, is great! You can genuinely feel like they care & it always eases my anxiety. The front office staff has always been great to me too. I’ve been a patient here the past four years! So far, so good.
Best group of medical personnel that I have had in years. Reminds me of some of the best physicians I have had.
