I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Soin Medical Center Labor & Delivery. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe, cared for, and respected. Anytime I needed something, someone was there within minutes—truly attentive in every way. They were so respectful of my boundaries and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The office is always clean and all of the staff is supportive and kind. I had a complicated medical history and Dr. Gupta did an amazing job performing my hysterectomy. I was also really impressed by how helpful and friendly the surgery staff was from pre-op, anesthesia, and recovery. I would highly recommend this medical group.
Would not recommend. If you care about you or you baby’s life, PLEASE RUN!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I had a previous c section here went amazing, and decided to come back to the sane doctor. Worse mistake this place is an absolute joke, and my doctor barely sees patients now which wasnt disclosed to me. They do not schedule in a timely manor, and had a nurse cuss at me. They do not seem organized at all or even care about the patients you can tell they are there for the paycheck. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
