I called in to see about getting my appt switched to telehealth due to the 12+ inches of snow and my street not being cleared off yet. Cynthia at the front desk was VERY rude and not helpful at all. She ended up saying (very snappily) that I could speak with the manager that was beside her to which I said yes PLEASE and the call was immediately “disconnected”. She needs to be retrained. No one deserves to be treated like I just was.
One of the worst ive ever been too. If you suffer from anxiety or depression watch yourself you will be medically gaslighted. Ive been sick for many yrs and they tried to tell me it was in my head. Well Celiac artery compression and dilation is not in my head. It took a vascular test and three yrs of misery, to figure out. Weather its caused by MALS is yet to be determaned. All I got to say your lucky im not sue happy!! Do not recommend this group of doctors. Go to Cincinnati or Columbas if you seriously need a gasto doctor
