All of their providers are accepting new patients (so they have capacity) but they require a referral and only accept them from a Kettering provider. Would give 0 stars for making health care hard to access and unnecessarily burdensome, but I'm forced to give them at least one.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this diabetes center. I had to call FIVE times just to get an appointment scheduled, and each time I was met with inefficiency and lack of concern. After they finally received my referral, James told me it would take another day or two just to process it, despite me mentioning that I had a serious medical issue that needed immediate attention. Since Dr. Gloweinka, a very smart man left the practice it has went down hill. If you have uncontrolled diabetes or other issues I feel best to inform you to go somewhere else.
