This office is impossible to work with as a patient, and my insurance company and the CPAP supply company are just as frustrated. None of us can get them to respond to anything. Look elsewhere. Kettering, do better.
My provider sent my referral three weeks ago..... I called at the end of week two and no one has returned my voicemails or answered the phones Kettering health network has sucked for awhile and they just keep getting worse
I've had lots of trouble with prescriptions. Appointments are typically a ways out, but they are polite and they try. I feel like some of the problem is just the complexity of the healthcare system.... why am I paying a hospital and a doctor and a third party to maintain a cpap.... def not a one stop approach
The staff here is great, very helpful and polite. Syed kept me up to date on my authorization status and was prompt to respond to my inquires despite it being such a busy clinic. Jane(the sleep study technician) was very helpful and took her time to thoroughly explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable for my test. Dr. Carter is awesome, he listened, answered and did not rush anything, he made sure that I understood the importance of getting the test done. Scheduled an appointment 4 months in advance (the earliest I could get in) and a couple weeks before the appointment I get a voicemail saying that the doctor will need to cancel, he will be out that whole week. They say we can schedule for one of the following 2 weeks, okay great. I call back, no answer and I leave a voicemail saying I’ll take the earliest one.
