Never returns phone calls or picks up the phone, the doctor takes vacation every month and makes you wait months for an appointment just to give you a piece of paper and hurriedly shoo you out of the office.
Dr. Carter is great. The staff is the most incompetent I have ever dealt with, probably in my life. They never answer or return phone calls, they file things incorrectly, they ignore my messages. I couldn't get my medication for a YEAR because they didn't file the right documents with insurance until I sent them the document and gave them specific instructions on how to upload it to the prior authorization. Had a sleep study appointment that was cancelled because their employee was sick. Called back to get it rescheduled and they told me the next one was 3 months later. Absolutely ridiculous
This place DOES NOT return calls. They also don’t review results with patients after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. We’ve been calling for 3 weeks with no return calls. I have to wonder if this is a rogue employee and management has no idea this is happening. Here’s your notice.
The person handling calls and scheduling at Main Campus location is incredibly rude, abrupt, and argued with me about a previously cancelled (by Kettering due to staffing issues) appointment. Thank goodness my PCP put in a referral for a different location this time!!
