My daughter had blood work done in the office after appointment with the doctor Phlebotomist (with a huge frown on her face and a tone of displeasure) invited us in to sit at the blood draw station She sat at her computer, sniffling and wiping her nose with the back of her hand, touching everything from her computer keys to papers she then jammed her right index finger deep into her boot to scratch her foot, stood up and began to pull items from the cupboards in which to draw blood, gathered vials, alcohol wipes etc just bef... read more

I've been a difficult patient for several years with Dr Brunsman. I would never think of going anywhere else because he actually talks to you and listens to you and doesn't just sit there and stare off in space.
