I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Maria Horn at the Kettering Health Huber Sleep Center. During my appointment, I clearly explained that I needed her to fax a prescription order to Sleep Central so my supplies could be processed. After waiting 2–3 days, I followed up and found out nothing had been sent. To keep things moving, I had Sleep Central fax the request directly and confirmed it was received. Been coming here for years I've always paid my $50 co-pay and that was it my last visit I was charged over $76 because they billed it incorrectly and it went towards my deductible. Went back-and-forth with them. Finally I just paid it however I won't be coming back and I advise you all not to unless you like to pay top dollar.
I don't know why this place has bad reviews. I've had nothing but good experiences with Dr's and staff. Only negative is they're booked up for appointments
Ciarra was extremely knowledgeable with my sleep study! I have severe agoraphobia and had cancelled appt 3 times before. So grateful for Ciarra, she made me so comfortable and I never felt anxiety at all! Highly recommend sleep.study here in Huber. Also had my results the same day of my test (which ended at 5am, results by 5pm) hospital/sleep study area very clean and comfortable also
