Had to bring my son in after a fall. Every single staff member from front desk to nurses to doc were top notch, with excellent bedside manner. They were great with my kiddo, communicative with us parents, and made the entire experience deserving of praise.
I took my daughter to the ER and she was treated amazingly. So was I! From the triage nurses at the front desk, every doctor we saw including the x ray techs blew me away. We were not dismissed once and it honestly restored my faith in the medical industry. Huge shout out to Angie Cruze, Courtney Schoryer and Teresa Fourman for taking care of my baby and also not dismiss her feelings or mine. Thank you.
Jon riggs was the DO for my visit and up until a discussion about my pain meds came up. He has my medical chart in front of him but ask in the rudest tone "why are you getting pain meds?!" I said for a back injury to which he responds " a back injury? What kind? How many do you get ?!?! " with the bare minimum of details I answered his rude and intrusive questions considering I'm there for a totally unrelated reason. Thought id try again 2 years later, nope they are still hung up on everything being covid...I cant breath and im coughing up blood, plus I just had bronchitis that needed a week ago...everyon3 in the house has already been tested in the last week 2 times for covid, all negative. But nope they keep saying covid this covid that. So I walked out, never coming back. This place sucks.
Went in for treatment from being attacked by 2 Pitt bulls at Vandalia Red Roof Inn. Staff was excellent and fast in helping me and getting me admitted for surgery. I don't know who to contact regarding the medical transport. I need transport to stop discriminating against me, especially with their derogatory comments. Unprofessional and extremely inappropriate, especially coming from an EMS who also teaches it at Clark. Hope he isn't teaching unethical behavior.
