So I was seen for a high blood suger. Everything was going well until the man came in with the iv. Take in mind he still chewing his food and wiping his mouth. Not professional at all but that wasn't my issue. He says I told your nurse I can put in your iv. So he processed to put it in but says there something wrong with the iv. Grabs so tape and wrapped it around my hand and says that will be alright. So he leaves out. Within 5 to 10mins I told my husband something wrong. Nurses told my niece she wasn’t sick with anything yet she had a temperature of 103.8. Sent her home with a dangerously high temperature. She’s now in Children’s Hospital the next day with the Flu B. They failed miserably and they’ll understand how much when the malpractice lawsuit is underway.
Catering hospital is one of the better places that I have been in the Dayton area. The healthcare team is phenomenal and they treat you with compassion and care. What else could you ask for?
For myself, this ER has been hit or miss every time. Went in for shoulder/arm injury last May with my white stepfather and was given the red carpet treatment. Went in this past Saturday with my sister for a busted finger and was treated like trash. They did not want me there. They did not want to treat me. They aren’t giving out IVs there so if you’re looking to get the rehydrated, don’t even bother u can have abnormal blood results and they’ll tell you straight to your face that it’s normal and you know that it’s not and you know how you feel and they just don’t care to listen or care in general don’t even give you any type of advice on what you need to do in order for you to not have your symptoms. It’s a money, hungry evil corporation that’s it.
