I had outpatient surgery at Kettering Health Hamilton this week on 10/13/22. Every single employee I met was so nice, calming, and professional. One of the nurses said she and her husband prayed for every one having surgery that day. I thought that was so cool. I don't remember most of their names, but after surgery, a male nurse brought me some ice, so I could breathe in the moisture to help with my cough. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I arrived at the ER via ambulance in June of 2020. I had a severe leg injury, couldn't walk, had no clue the extent of my injuries. I was in shock from the trauma I had just endured. The RN was rude to me, yelled at me and threatened to cut my clothing off of me with scissors if I couldn't manage to take my clothes off myself. So disappointed this hospital. Never again in my life to deal this facility in general. 3 times they canceled my surgery. So much paperwork you have to dealt with, on their behalf. They will cancel your surgery in the last munite and then, more paperwork has to be documented submitted. Whoever the C.E.O on this hospital they need to get take a look on this matter. why patients has to do all their paperwork.. and how many clearance release that they need before surgery. ? my sister is handicapped. she had cancer. had have both breast removed. Now my sister because of her disability thinks like a 12 year old capability wise. She has trouble using one side of her body. now the Carver center told her they planned file for care facility after surgery. I attempted along with others to call and get information. no call backs or attempts help my sister. after surgery the doctor basically stated she would be headed back to her apartment. she would need help being drained three times a day for a week.... read more
I have NEVER had a health care team who cares about me more than my current Kettering Health care team! I would not know where I would be if it were not for all of my Great Doctors. I can not express how grateful I am to the Kettering Network for saving my life. I am so blessed to have this network to not only call my Drs. but they treat me like family so I call them my health family!!! Thank you for caring about your patients.

Kettering Health Network apparently recently bought my PC provider’s office, Summit Family Physicians. Prior to this arrangement, I used to be charged about $120 (copay $30) for a routine visit.
