I have to give credit where credit's due. Patricia, PAC at this location is one of the best doctors I've ever had in my entire life. She goes the extra mile. She really cares and I really hope that Kettering health Network make sure she's happy and stays there because she's saving her patients lives. If you happen to get Patricia as a care provider you are one of the lucky ones. She is the best I've had in 7 years there
How did you call them ,when I call it gets disconnected
I've been going here to manage my diabetes for 9 years. My A1C was almost 15. It is down and has been in good range for years. I started out with Nancy, then Kristie, and then Emily. All three women are very, very good providers. I've never had a problem there. Brandy is amazing. I will continue my care there until I'm not happy
Kind and caring
They releases me from the practice when they dont answer the phone to make an appt or respond to your emails. Very unprofessional.
