Came here today for medical attention. Was treated very poorly. They quickly dismissed us and did not treat the problem . The nurse at one point said to me “ I don’t know I’m literally just a nurse .” When a human says “I can’t walk” and is denied crutches and told to “ Walk on it anyway” by medical professionals , it is a problem . This sort of medical discrimination needs to stop . I am disappointed and beyond appalled . Folks should know what you are doing .

NEVER AGAIN THEY PAD THE HOSPITOL BILL ONCE THEY KNOW YOU HAVE INSURANCE DID A UNNESSARY CAT SCAN ON ME AND CHARGED MY INSURANCE 10,000.00 AND ME 2000.00 STAY AWAY WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I arrived at the ER via ambulance in June of 2020. I had a severe leg injury, couldn't walk, had no clue the extent of my injuries. I was in shock from the trauma I had just endured. The RN was rude to me, yelled at me and threatened to cut my clothing off of me with scissors if I couldn't manage to take my clothes off myself. 7 minutes agoNEW NURSES N STAFF TOP NOTCH KIND N CARING, rooms non private had to listen to a grumpy old fart for three days who's tv always kept on and bright lights, always on at night. Surgery team Took three days to determine weather or not I needed gallbladder sugery and did nothing, but starve me n send me home. Requested covid booster didn't have available. What the hell.

The worst possible hospital in the area... avoid if at all possible! Better to drive farther away than go to Southview. The nurses were nasty to my son who had terminal cancer (Anaplastic Large T-cell Lymphoma), was in great pain and because he had a beard the nurse decided he was just "another druggie wanting pain killers." He died a few months later, but we never went back to Southview after that. Previous to that, I had hand surgery there and that was a disaster, too. So disappointed this hospital. Never again in my life to deal this facility in general. 3 times they canceled my surgery. So much paperwork you have to dealt with, on their behalf. They will cancel your surgery in the last munite and then, more paperwork has to be documented submitted. Whoever the C.E.O on this hospital they need to get take a look on this matter. why patients has to do all their paperwork.. and how many clearance release that they need before surgery. ? Terrible and inconsiderate staff. They do not call to remind patients of appointments. They also do not fill prescriptions over the phone, in addition to not allowing patient refills without appointments; specifically they do not call patients to schedule appointments when they need to follow up. And given the office is now not accepting new patients, the office does not schedule appointments within a reasonable time frame.
